You are always with him so it is not hard for you to communicate. You just have to give the appropriate sign. Through your actions and words let him know that you are still available but play hard to get. Don’t show him how much you want him and don’t be vulnerable.

Don’t use the child to convince him to come back. Make him miss you. Every time you are together make him remember the good times you had with each other. Remember only the good times; do not include those bad ones.

You are not letting him go completely. Even though you call him your "ex", he really isn't. You still love and care for him, which would explain the spiritual closeness you still have from him, hence the dreams.

You will get back together with him in due time. The fact that you have a child with him, I would definatley pursue that fact of making amends and get back together.

For what ever reason you broke up with him, the fact that you have a child with him only complicates the matter. You want very much for your ex to be a part of your life as well as your childs life. I would ask that you try your best to make things work and that the two of you work together for the best interests of the child, not just your own interests.
